This course assist students to understand the basic history of Malaysian Constitution, its main features and the main functions of Legislative, Executives and the Judiciary. At the end of the module, students will have an additional knowleges of the citizens' fundamental liberties, the legislative provision, the relationship between the constitution and Islam and how special and emergency power being conducted. Besides, students will have get to kinow the status of 'Bumiputra' and "Other communities" residence in Malaysia. Apart from that, the general rule of election will be taught and other provision under the Federal Constitution will be discussed in the course subject.
