Synopsis
This course builds on a basic knowledge of food safety in the workplace - whether in Food Manufacture, Hospitality or Retail. The course will involve students to be adequate of learning for nutritious, safe food is essential to human survival, the ways of food can also cause or convey risks to health and even life itself, well-established systems control many food risks, and serious hazards to public health remain.
